The plan will include recommendations for dog waste station placement, the square footage of common areas requiring manual cleaning, and the service frequency needed to address your dog waste issue.
2. Site Visits & Fact Finding
Based on your community’s size, our team will walk your property to assess problem areas, address your concerns, and offer solutions to reduce or eliminate pet waste. For smaller properties or if you know the specific trouble spots, we can provide an accurate quote without a site visit, though we’re always happy to perform one if needed.
4. Starting Services
Our pet waste management proposals offer multiple options to fit different budgets. Once you choose the best plan for your community, just sign the proposal, and we’ll schedule your service. If dog waste stations need to be installed, we'll request a utility locate to avoid any lines and place the order for the necessary supplies.
5. Ongoing Service
Our common area cleaning service handles more than just dog waste—we also pick up any trash on your property that fits into our scooping buckets. For scheduled dog waste station maintenance, we’ll remove the waste, replace the bags, report any vandalism or damage, and clean a 10-foot radius around each station during every visit.
